Cancellation of booking is allowed up to ten days before the scheduled arrival date.
You will get 50% of the total amount paid as refund.
If you cancel your booking with less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival, you will not get any refund.
To cancel your booking made online, please contact us at rishop@hotelhimalayanhut.com and in that mail, please insert or paste the booking details you received in your booking confirmation mail.
Please provide your booking details such as mobile number, order ID etc. in the cancellation request mail.
After you send the cancellation request mail, please call and inform us about the cancellation at 7063332629 or 9007181584.
We will process the refund after we receive your mail with all necessary details and your call at the above numbers.
